Graphic Design Intern - Summer 2025

About Sidekick

Sidekick is a creative studio specializing in branding, design, and strategic visual communication. We work with a wide range of clients, helping craft compelling brand identities and marketing materials. We believe in creative problem-solving, thoughtful design, and a collaborative approach.

What You’ll Do

As a Graphic Design Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience working on real client projects in a studio environment. You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Assist in the design and production of branding, marketing, and advertising materials

  • Get experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, primarily using InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

  • Collaborate with our team on creative problem-solving and concept development

  • Participate in internal reviews and brainstorming sessions

  • Learn the ins and outs of working in a design studio, from managing client projects to improving efficiency as a designer

What We’re Looking For

  • College students, recent grads or equivalent experience

  • Strong layout and typography skills

  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

  • A willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow as a designer

  • Bonus skills (not required, but a plus!):

    • Experience with Squarespace or web design

    • Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite programs (Lightroom, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro)

    • Illustration skills

    • Photography skills
